About Sustainer Society

To become a member of the Foundation for Community Care's Sustainer Society, you create monthly, recurring donations of an amount of your choice. All of your support goes towards our endowment fund, which allows us to award healthcare related grants and scholarships to members and organizations in our community. By becoming a member, you contribute to our mission: "to ensure access to excellent, lifelong healthcare services for our community"

Just like roots are vital for a tree to live, our sustainers are a vital lifeline providing strength for the Foundation for Community Care to grow and continue to provide access to healthcare for our rural community.
